Avis

I hired this service from Spain. Firstly I found helpful information on the website. The package was conveniently well kept. I found it as announced. Secondly, the pickup point was easy to find and lastly, I could return it without causing me any concern.
I would strongly recommend it.

It was easy to use and return. It worked very well except when we were taking the shinkansen from Toyama to Tokyo. It was a little spotty for some reason. Worked great in every other train

I wanted an extension the customer service response was fast and very helpful.

The pick up at hotel and drop off at Hnd was very easy. The mail box to slip it into is very close ANA desk.

Very convenient

Delivery and return was very convenient. The product worked great no matter where I went. Will likely be utilizing this service again when I return to Japan. Thank you.

Solo travelling was a dodle with this device making Internet always accessible.

Reliable and affordable wifi when traveling in japan

Awesome coverage and easy to use!

We were always with WiFi! It was very interesting to be all day connected

Great to have internet conection at all times. Not a single problem.

Collected at hotel and dropped of at departure terminal very smooth process. The unit worked excellently with 6 devices, never had to use the spare battery over a 16 day period. Remember to recharge the battery every night, enough power to last a day or two.

On our Three UK network unable to use Data Roaming in Japan, this was definitely an excellent option and at a very good price.....Definitely recommend .
