WiFi worked great everywhere we went. No problems whatsoever! Two of us shared the WiFi and neither one of us had issues while using it simultaneously. I would definitely order this again next time I visit Japan.

Excellent service

Solid connections throughout the entirety of our trip in Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka). Would highly recommend external battery as it barely lasts half a day as a standalone.

The device was great. We travelled all over Japan and we had service everywhere. Definitely worth the cost to have great coverage and high speed data.

Amazing unit to use while on vacation. No issues at all and were connected the whole trip.

My son and I were traveling around Japan for three weeks in March 2019 and this pocket wifi served both of us generously. Thank you for offering this option.

easy hotel pick up, easy use, comes with an extra battery pack, easy return (comes with a return envelope)

No problems with connection the entire trip

Great product.. worked everywhere I went without issue!

all in time and working. Sure I can advice it!
