The premium wifi was great, good battery life, speed and connection range. Highly recommend

Seamless service, from ordering to receiving the WiFi at our hotel when we arrived in Okinawa. The business WiFi proved it's worth as we used it throughput our travel across Japan. Superb battery life + strong connection/speed. Worth the spend.

Very easy to set-up and use!

Made the trip so easy, using maps and looking up information.

Wifi did drop out in spots and battery dies quick but the battery pack works great!

Small and so easy to use, was a great thing to have!

It's fantastic. Anytime, anywhere internet during your vacation in Japan. This is one of the many services you get in Japan. Thank you. See you next year.

We used this perfectly function device everyday, all day. Could not have done what we did in Japan without it.
Thank you. Arigato domo

very convenient

Good product but performance with good 4G signal very often has very low performance but i belive it’s a operator network problem when has to manage too much download requests.

Perfect to use on vacation. Worked like a charm.

Could not be easier. Ordered on line (from the States). Picked up at the airport (Narita). Connected instantly. Had two devices connected to it at all times throughout our 24 days of travel throughout southern Japan. Never experienced a low signal area. Between the pocket WiFi and our Suica Card, we were totally set.

We were really impressed with the WiFi unit for the entirety of our stay in Japan. It was easy to use and connected us from Tokyo to Kyoto to Nikko and helped us find our way with google maps. Would thoroughly recommend.
