Fast and reliable internet speed. Battery lasts a day. As per the website, battery lasts for up to 8.5 hours of continuous use but we were using it for almost 12-14 hours a day and still has battery to spare. Very affordable and pick-up and return is very convenient.

This has been simple, fast, reliable, and way better then internet you get in Australia all for a great price. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling around Japan to grab one through Japan Wireless.

Excellent service

We traveled from the US and had our pocket WiFi delivered to our hotel upon arrival. It was charged and came with an extra power pack. We used it for both adult phones and our children’s tablets. We were able to use it daily in our adventures, the only issue is when it loses power completely if you don’t notice and you don’t have your phone on airplane mode you *might* be charged international rates from your wireless company. (This happened to me before I realized how to stop it). We did have trouble taking the device to Okinawa. It did eventually work, but it took me a few days to figure out it just needed to be reset. I emailed the company and followed their directions and the directions in the package and was able to reset it and use it on the rest of our trip. We were in many places with good service, Tokyo, Mt. Fuji area, Kyoto, and Okinawa.

Worked well and was very convenient. I would purchase again.

All good. From delivery to hotel, consistent good connections throughout travel, convenient return by post, and timely responsive communication upon return of the device. Will definitely use this Japan Wireless again.

I would highly recommend this WiFi we were in Tokyo for a week in April 2019 the WiFi worked perfectly including on the subway. Battery lasted 11 hours and comes with a backup battery also!
