Been in Japan twice, bth times used Japan Wireless. Excellent connection everywhere, extra battery ensures you won't go offline throughout the day, easy collect and return. Absolutely recommended.

It was a life saver and lasted 13+ hours!

Nous avons utilisé Japan Wireless sans aucun problème durant 21 jours. Il nous a été utile durant nos marches dans les rues de toutes les villes et villages où nous sommes allés. Nous avons pu utiliser google map pour trouver sites touristiques, autobus métros et trains grâce à Japan Wireless. Facile à utiliser ,fiable, nous recommandons Japan Wireless à tous.

This wifi was very reliable and would completely charge pretty fast, only thing to keep in mind it may randomly not be able to find a signal for sometimes upto 30 minutes usually problem free though. Also when the battery is at 0 percent imoissible to turn on needs to be charged at least till 4 percent.

sadly i had connection loss for a few hours on 2 days, but worked find the rest of the two weeks.

Awesome pocket wifi. Wasn’t able to get a japan wifi in Hawaii 2 weeks before our trip. Did some research, found japan wireless, read some review and took a chance with them. Did not let us down. As this was our first time going to japan and had no clue what to except. Had products delivery to our hotel. Sure enough it was waiting at our hotels front desk. No problems at all.. easy hook up to ours mobile devices.. they even gave a printed label on a new return package. All we had to do is place everything provided back in return package and down it off at the airport mailbox and it was done. Simple and easy way to get a pocket wifi for japan.
