Pickup was easy, return was even easier. Service was reliable everywhere and the battery pack was needed probably 2 times (in 15 days always on the road).

I was very please with my mobile WiFi. I wasn’t able to get an eSIM (phone not unlocked) so this was my other option. It had mixed reviews on Reddit but I am happy to let you know it worked great. Kept up with constant searching on maps and the internet. Made a few calls and plenty of texts. I was really happy with how well it worked. When I visit Japan I’ll be using this again for sure

Good connectivity, all-day battery life

Pretty good service for a reasonable price. It is easy to pick up the device and easy to return. Everything just works.

However, this time we received a very worn-out device that had seen some better days. It was all scratched and the paint was peeling off. The battery didn't last more than 7 hours so the powerbank included in the package was a must at all times. The USB cable included was also very old and was barely holding in the slot.

Still, it worked and didn't cause any significant inconveniences. Probably will use again in hopes of receiving a more fresh unit.

Good product. We use it for two weeks from Tokyo to Hiroshima. We were three peoples connect and the speed was ok.

Rental pick up is easy and return is so convenient. Device worked perfectly. I have rented from this business every time we travel to Japan.
