Good product, although sometimes there were disconnections and had to restart the device to solve this.

It was really easy to use and it worked perfectly almost everywhere (one brief exception while on Mount Fuji, but it soon reconnected). It was so useful to have internet connection at all times for travel information, train timetables, directions etc as well as staying in touch via social media, sharing photos and internet calling. Pick up and return is very convenient. I had it delivered to my hotel in Tokyo, where it was waiting when we checked in, and returned it at Osaka airport. The battery lasted 8-10 hours with two devices connected and recharged quickly. Excellent service from Japan Wireless. I can’t recommend this highly enough, I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

I had the device for 25 days and we were up to 4 people using it every day and with heavy usage (streaming, video calls etc.). The device functioned flawlessly, the coverage was excellent (including places like Miyajima island) and the battery lasted long enough, especially with the spare battery that comes with the device. Highly recommended!
