The pocket wifi was our lifeline when travelling through Japan. Good connection and battery life. Japan Wireless also has good customer service - they changed the pick up point for us with short notice.

Unit was very reliable and fast everywhere in Japan. We traveled from Tokyo to Osaka and various western cities, internet access was fast. Also very convenient way to get the unit and return.

We used the Japan Wireless service on our recent trip to Japan. It easily connected our two phones and an ipad no problems for unlimited internet while we were there and easy to use GPS and wifi on our phones to get around super easy. The only time that we didn't have it work 100% was when we were underground in some places but by the whole fantastic reception and so fast it was quicker than our home internet connection in Australia.

Loved the pocket wifi! It was super easy to use, from pick-up to drop-off. Had great wifi coverage throughout our trip and made traveling so much easier. Definitely recommend it!

Great connection, easy to maintain throughout the trip for a solo traveller who only had needs for a smarthphone. Battery runs low after about 8 hours, as expected, but the powerbank that comes with the package is handy. Second time using Japan Wireless, so far a reliable and value for money choice.
