This product is a must when in Japan and was absolutely wonderful

Used almost two weeks and didn't have any problems. Reception is good, speed is good. Battery life is enough for one day but a power bank may be necessary depending how intensive you use it.

Every time I come to Japan I order a WiFi from Japan Wireless....their service is quick, reasonably priced and efficient.... I travel up into the Alps and stay there for weeks at a time, I have never had drop outs or slow service.,....

Simply amazing

The delivery to the hotel where we stayed was without any difficulties.
It was super easy to use the device. The enclosed manual has answered all open questions.
We used to charge the device over night and had a battery life time of 10 - 12 hrs a day (2 smartphones connected).
The return by means of the enclosed stamped envelope worked out very well. Just put it in the next mailbox and you're done.

It has been perfect, aslways on-line. We never experience any problem. The power bank has been very helpful as well in the late afternoon/evening while we were still around in town. We have been in different places in Japan and the wifi was Always with us, to help find what we needed.
