Brilliant coverage, easy to order, collect and use, we found the wi-fi device to be priceless for the two weeks that we used one.

I never thought it would be that easy I travelled all through Tokyo as far as Kagoshima with no signal issues (except in a tunnel)
The product was waiting in my first hotel and was easy to drop off in the post box in Narita Airport before security. Will be using again when I come back to Japan 100%

Been using japan-wireless for many years now. Visiting elderly family in Japan. Service is good. Signal and WiFi speed is adequate. Many others offering such service. However, you’ll find that there is ‘add ons’ For this, that and the next thing. Which I found complicated. Whereas wireless-japan is straight forward and helpful. See you again next year.
