Good option to be connected anytime, anywhere

Japan Wireless are super efficient. I had it delivered to my first hotel and posted it back from my last hotel.
Never needed the spare power pack but felt more confident with it.
Having Google maps on hand saves so much time and eliminates frustration.

Very easy to use and set up plus the net was fast with no delays.

Once we turned on our pocket wifi, it was easy to connect. The password is right on the device. We used a lot of it for streaming shows, so it's good if you're travelling with kids and need to keep them occupied if they get bored or something. It never slowed down and speeds were never throttled like some other companies. It did kick us off the network once or twice out of the two weeks we stayed in Japan, but we literally just restarted the device and reconnected. Very reliable device, I highly recommend this device and will probably use it on my next stay in Japan.

The services was excellent. It was waiting for us at our hotel upon our arrival and we dropped it in a mail box ( prepaid postage envelope provided ) when we left. Very reliable, functioned excellent in the most remote/hidden locations (countryside, trains, metro, tunnels, etc.). If full charged it will function all day, never had to use the charger (provided). Well done Japan Wireless.

This service was so easy to use from pickup to drop off. Instructions were clear and also available in English. We had it shipped to our hotel and dropped it off at the airport. This was great for having WiFi access while traveling throughout the country for 2 weeks. Even better, it came with a spare battery to charge. Highly recommend.

I rent a portable WiFi from Japan Wireless every time I visit japan (2-3 times a year). The WiFi delivery is always on time, the high speed connection is excellent almost everywhere in the country, and their service is second to none. I highly recommend their service.
