This pocket WiFi filled all our WiFi needs wherever we went. Reasonably long battery life as well. Overall, very satisfied with the prod, and happy dealing with Japan Wireless. Definitely recommend them.

Overall, this device was extremely helpful, especially since I’ve been traveling around Tokyo throughout my stay in Japan.

Excellent WiFi speed and coverage.

Having the Japan-Wireless was the perfect choice for us. It was so reliable, even in remote areas. Very convenient and the battery life was great plus the free battery pack put our minds at ease (also very handy for charging our phones on the go).
We will definitely get it again on our next trip over.

We had Japan Wireless pocket wifi with us two weeks travelling in Japan. It was perfect anywhere, easy to use, easy to pick up (delivered to our hotel) and easy to return in a mailbox. We were very satisfied.

It’s wonderful, but seems to run low on battery by 3 pm so am forced to carry the charger, which adds weight to my purse. Have always ordered from you people and you have been reliable. Last two times I have had to reset product before using.

My son picks his up at Narita Airport for a lot cheaper price and has immediate WiFi service, whereas I have to wait til I get to the hotel. I like that convenience.

Die Abholung am Haneda Flughafen verlief sehr einfach und ohne Probleme. Am zweiten Tag hatte das Gerät den ganzen Tag keinen Empfang, bis wir es Abends neu gestartet hatten und dann lief es für den Rest der drei Wochen ohne Probleme und super schnell.
Auch Ddie rückgabe mit dem beigelieferten Umschlag lief perfekt und ohne Probleme. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen! =)
