I had no trouble with the functionality. Perhaps the battery life in the device could have lasted longer and the charging could have been less time consuming. However, the service provided was excellent and I ended up getting way more data than I actually used during my trip.

We had no problems! Had to reset it once, in three weeks of intens usage. Clear instructions how to do that, if neccesary. Very steady wifi, to be used everywhere.

Good device. We were able to be connected all the time in all the area we visited in Japan. The additional battery provided with the package helped us to stay out the full day without any problem. I recommend this device to all.
