Avis

Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service and coverage I got from your wireless device!

Traveling with teenagers makes wifi a necessity, our wireless device made navigation and communication easier than I could have imagined. I cannot recommend it enough.

Internet worked great! No issues and always had a signal.

Excellent service did not experience connectivity loss.

Easy pick up and return

Battery needs to be longer for five starts. In general working properly, good service and recommended

Using this Wi-Fi you will have ZERO issues! The connection is super fast and the battery lasts quite some time, just charge it overnight. This is my third time using it, I connect my phone and GoPro camera to it and it works great. However if there are two or more of you using the Wi-Fi, I'd recommend connecting a portable charger to it by midday, as it can run out of battery if there are more people using it regularly.

Every time I come to Japan I use this service, and while I initially thought it's a little expensive, compared to the hassle you have using much slower public Wi-Fi when trying to find your way around, this pays for itself! If you're lost or need to use a translate app, it's extremely quick and easy to use on the spot.

I will always be using this service wherever I go in Japan. Guaranteed signal everywhere.

Long battery, good coverage, decent speed and very professional service. I could have not be without!

I picked up the Japan wireless SIM card from the post office at Narita airport, put it in my phone, followed the prompts and didn’t look back from there. I’ll definitely use their product again.

Perfect

This company and its product was very satisfactory. We highly recommend Japan Wireless to anyone who will be traveling to Japan.
