I travel to Japan anywhere from 6-10 times a year and I have used Japan Wireless' services for a few years now. It is simply so convenient—I pre-order, I arrive at my hotel and pick up the wifi unit, I use it EVERYWHERE and EVERYDAY, then I pop it in the mailbox at the airport before my return flight home. I have never had any problems with any of the services or units. No hassle. I fully recommend Japan Wireless.

Simple easy to reserve, pick up and use! Liked that I could just drop it off at a post office when done

We hired a Pocket Wi-Fi for our recent 16 day trip to Japan and it was an efficient, easy to use, faultless service. We couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Perfect

Japan wireless pocket wi-fi was fantastic. It was super convenient and the speed was fast. The battery pack was great bonus. I am a travel agent and I will be recommending this product to all of my clients travelling to Japan!

Easy to pick up and drop off. A little disappointed by the speeds <20 Mbps in Tokyo

easy - fast - no problems -> must have for even short stays in Tokyo!

Arigato gozaimashita!

I have been renting a wifi device from Japan Wireless for my trips to Japan for the past five years, and have never been disappointed. This particular one is fast, the battery lasts at least all day, and is portable and light. It has worked perfectly in every city I've visited, including up in Hokkaido. Returning it is simple, as they provide a self-addressed envelope which you just drop into a mailbox (before security) at the airport. I highly recommend renting from Japan Wireless.

It worked as advertised and am happy with the results!
