Japan Wireless made it easy to pick up and return the device. They provided simple instructions and all the hardware needed to have a great experience. The device worked almost everywhere that I traveled while in Japan (even in fairly remote locations). It never seemed like my data was being capped for too much usage. My only feedback was that it was a bit annoying to keep up with the case and return envelope since I was packed pretty light. Overall great experience! I will use them again if I get to go back to Japan!

Pocket Wifi was delivered to our hotel, easy to set up, battery lasted a whole day, and they give you an extra battery to use. Can't get any more convenient than that! Returning was easy too! No issues with connecting, or speed, it was perfect!

Picking up, setting up, using the WiFi for multiple devices made our USA mobile devices useful. Return was easy. The whole thing was about convenient and temporary internet access while traveling and Japan Wireless was the way to do it.

Great product and service

Thank you; this was very useful to have on our trip and really helped us out when travelling. Highly recommended! Also excellent customer service with mailing to our hotel, and easy return of the product at the end of our trip via mail as well.
