This service is incredible, fabulous support and super easy process. You can have it delivered to your hotel and just drop it at the airport mailbox prior departure. It made our travels really easy!

Great product - convenient and practical. Great for wi-fi calling between people with access to wi-fi or carrying same product. Speed and coverage was very good (well used when we were travelling on trains and ferries). Can have multiple devices connected at same time. Excellent product for tourists

I have experienced that Japan’s WiFi was not friendly even it says “Free”. My friend recommended this product through this company. Since then I kept order this product all the time. You can connect many devises all at once that is very convenient if you travel with family. The size is nice to put in pocket to go somewhere that very you are not sure the WiFi condition. Easy picking up system too. I always sent to my mum’s and dropped it in post office’s mail box. I strongly recommend this!

It was really helpful during our trip and it worked quite well. Very easy to use.
The only thing I would say to improve the service is that both the device's battery itself and the extra one didn't last enough for one whole day of use, so we had to switch it off severeal times during the day in order to save battery.
Apart from that everything was perfect and I would reccomend it and hire it again in case I travelled again to Japan.

I used this wifi in 6 cities around Japan ranging from Tokyo all the way to Hiroshima. This wifi service did a great job for me and my friends. I would 100% use it again!

Was able to get wifi everywhere. Wish Canada had this too! Worked perfectly everywhere we went. The only time it was a bit slow was on the very fast bullet train, which is understandable. Highly recommend!
