Easy pick up and drop off at the airport and great connection and speeds, even with multiple devices connected. Would definitely recommend and use again!

It provided good Wi-Fi connection most of the time, it stopped one time but managed to reset it easily. The battery was really good for a day, didn’t use the backup battery.

A friend tipped me about ordering this for our 15-day holiday in Japan. So glad we did. Worked faultlessly everywhere and we would have been lost without it.

Worked flawlessly for the whole stay and for the whole family!!

Slightly cheaper than the competition that I looked at; also easier to deal with because you can just post the router back via any postbox in the prepaid envelope. Worked perfectly, and it is incredibly useful to have wifi for finding your way around in Japan. The only downside was that my whole family could log on to it and my teenagers got to play a lot of online games on their phones!
