Great experience with Japan Wireless. Pocket wi-fi was waiting for us at the hotel. Worked in the major cities (Tokyo and Kyoto) as in between.
Easy return- dropped the unit in a mailbox at the airport in a pre-paid japan wireless envelope. Highly recommend using them

Very powerful and reliable!

Better price than airport pocket wifis!

Good price with amazing options comparing with any other company in Japan, I'm very exciting to get an experience with Japan wireless Co products.

Easy to use and reliable all through our time in Tokyo and the Tohoku region of Japan.

Easy to set up with no hidden fees

I ordered this product 2 times and it is always great. a guarantee of efficiency and quality.

Wifi puck worked perfectly during my entire stay. thank you

Easy setup, good instructions, reliable performance, fast speeds, good coverage and a great companion for using google maps, trip advisor, hyperdia and ither apps on the go.

So convenient to be able to pick up at the airport and drop off anywhere.
