Japan wireless services could not be more seamless. Wifi is quick to set up, and battery lasts all day no problem. Pick up and drop off is made as easily as possible at Narita airport post office. Cheers

Japan Wireless is a must! We ordered it online a couple weeks before our arrival in Tokyo and it was waiting for us at our hotel upon check-in. It's extremely easy to use. Both my husband and I were connected throughout our two-week trip through Japan. It is especially helpful in navigating public transport and using the web for additional information and many, many historical sites, temples etc that don't have information in English (or your language) to learn more about what you are seeing. It came with an external battery so it would easily last all day/night. It also came with a return shipping envelope that we dropped in the mail at the airport on our way home. Easy and very helpful!
