Avis

Easy to handle and to operate. Easy charging of battery. Flawless, constant and stable connectivity. Financially a good deal..

Easy to order

Easy to buy, easy to setup and very Food service all time.

Rented for 13 days and had no problems at all. Highly recommended.

Very easy to order. Device delivered directly to hotel. Easy to return with prepaid shipping envelope. Would definitely recommend! Get the extra battery since WiFi only lasts 5-6 hours fully charged.

Good signal, superior customer service. I initially arranged for the pick-up to be at a gate different than my gate of arrival. An employee, recognizing this, offered to ship the pocket wi-fi to my appropriate gate. Courteous stuff!

Great service

I'm a repeat user/customer. JW is a great company to work with. Anytime I had the slightest issue, JW handled my concerns immediately, quickly, and provided extended services. I travel to Japan about 4-5 times a year, and always use JW. I recommend using them, and have suggested to co-workers that also have had great services. (Issue I had last time I had an issue, was the battery ran down fairly quickly, and it was immediately replaced.)

The wifi connection is always fast and stable. The battery also lasts for a very long time which is useful for staying outside for extended hours. Picking up and sending back the items is also very easy. Will definitely use this service again when I come back to Japan.

Japan Wireless' Premium Wi-Fi was the perfect travel companion for my trip. Just follow the well organized instructions provided by the company. Don't forget to charge it every night, like your phone/tablet and you will stay connected!
