Although I never received the full 187Mbps, it was fast enough for my needs of using Google maps, Yelp, and internet browsing. My kids did not complain while they streamed YouTube and what not, so it worked as advertised.

It was reliable and easy to use.

Order arrived on time, booking very easy , extension very easy and the product worked. Just couldn't load pictures though

The pocket wifi was easy to use and very convenient. Japan Wireless also provided a good guide to use and troubleshoot any issues. Would use them again

It was set in japanese. Would have been good to have a userguide how to set it in english or recieve it allready setup in english.

The WiFi router worked everywhere we went across Japan. The router was delivered to our hotel and customer service was excellent when our flight home was cancelled

There is WiFi across Japan, however this little diamond saves all the sign in hassle. Worth the money

The wifi pack was already at my hotel when I arrived. It was easy to use, lightweight and great for checking out public transport times/stations nearby when walking through a city.
I would recommend it to everyone when you want internet access everywhere.
