The service was super fast and reliable. The only place you won’t have service is in the subways in japan. Sometimes no service available until you come up top. My flight was delayed and missed the package at airport. They sent another package to my hotel room for only 1000 yen. Convent since we were to far away to pick up the package great customer service!

perfect for a long journey in Japan. works pretty well for 4 devices.

Service was easy ad it worked like a charm!
Next time I will use Japan Wireless again.

Very good product and really easy to use it. Will recommend it

This was my third time using the premium Wi-Fi and will continue to us it. No complication of any kind!

Perfect delivery, works very well and the battery lasts all day long.

Very helpful, didn't encounter any problem. Highly recommended.

The Wifi worked very well and was a reasonable cost. It was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel. Mailing it back in the return envelope was very easy. Well done!

Thankful we did use Japan wireless , services are amazing! We can never be out of reach from home.
The price is fair enough.
