Delivered to our hotel, easy to use. Would 300% order again!

First time using a pocket WIFI, i usually buy a sim card but this time we needed to connect 3 devices at the same time so I ordered the aforementioned item. I'm absolutely satisfied with my choice. The wifi worked very very well even in some countryside area on the mountains of Kyushu. Battery last almost an entire day and came with an extra battery. Super easy set up. Top customer service. Couldn't ask for more.

First time I have rented a mobile wifi and it made our trip easy, no problems, wifi available anytime, not having to replace simcard. I thought Japan Wireless had the most competitive deal and that is why I chose it. Easy to pick up and return at airport. Didn't runout of data and charger provided was useful for keeping my phone going too.

I had my two sons with me in Tokyo aged 19 and 11, both addicted to their mobile phones , instagram etc. With their roaming turned off but a pocket Wifi in my bag everywhere we went it meant they could happily post to their hearts content. It was also great for checking google maps etc.

All round a very good product and service, especially being delivered to our hotel and only having to drop it in a letter box at the end of our stay

very nice service, easy to handle. Connection is stable. Unlimited traffic but need to be careful not to use lots of traffic in a short period of time, the speed will be very limited then.
