Amazing product and service. I had brought an additional battery to keep the unit charged, but it was completely redundant because the free battery provided plenty of additional power that lasted more than long enough for our daily excursions. The unlimited download option was true to it's word, we used our unit for navigation during the day and movie streaming at night. I will be using Japan Wireless on all my yearly Japan trips in the future.

Visited Japan for the RWC. 10 days from Tokyo down to Osaka. Easy to order online. Delivered to hotel on time. Works like a charm. Fast wifi with good battery life. At check out the hotel posted it back in the return envelope.

I was able to get expedited shipping on short notice. Everything was exactly as advertised. I will get one of these every time I go to Japan. If you are able to use WiFi calling it is probably cheaper than an our of country phone plan.
