The WIFI egg was very useful and the speed was very fast. The price was well worth it.

Works great anywhere. Could even share it with my friend. Very helpful for any traveler in Japan. I could check subway connections, use maps, play games and chat with friends. Will definitely use it next time! Highly recommended!

Japan Wireless did everything right! First it was super easy for us to pick up our package at the post office at the Narita airport. Then it had sufficient charge for us to turn it on, connect and begin enjoying Internet access (very fast) right away. This was essential for us since it was our first trip to Japan and it was quite overwhelming to get started without the use of Google Maps!

The included charger came in handy more than once and we never had to worry about the wifi hotspot running out of charge (even when we forgot to turn it off one day/night).

This was probably one of the top 3 pieces of advice I was given before traveling to Japan and it was excellent.

Received just as advertised. Was waiting for me at my hotel. Easy to return at Airport post office (airport post office workers knew exactly what was being returned and helped my with the envelope). Very compact unit with strong reliable signal. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to my friends.

Picking up and returning process was extremely simple. Ordered online and chose my location to pick up in Tokyo. While all you have to do is put everything in the supplied pre-postaged package and drop it in any mailbox. The connection and speed was great, I don't think we lost connection at throughout the city.

It was so nice having WIFI everywhere I went, from Tokyo to Yamaguchi and everywhere in between! Very reliable service, and super convenient delivery and return process. Battery lasted all day.
