We loved it! It worked perfectly for our trip to Tokyo!

Great! Easy to use. Reliable. Very fast email communication. Will use it again. Thanks!

It was delivered on time and it works perfectly during all my stay in Japan. It rans super fast and had reception all the time.

From pickup to drop off, everything was easy and convenient! We were able to connect 2 phones on the Wifi and the quality was good.

Great WiFi and very easy to set up and use.

Great product. Ordered it literally a day before arriving in Japan and it was ready for pick up at the post office in Narita airport. Don't know what we would done without it. Good coverage. Wish the battery lasted longer but with the battery charger included, it wasn't a big deal. Recommend.

Japan Wireless was so handy and easy to use. It was waiting for us when we arrived and we popped it in the post at the airport before we flew out. Great product!

I rented the pocket for my 18-day trip in Japan, and it was the best thing I could do, the service is excellent, I always had signal, even in the most underground subway stations, I highly recommend it.
