This is my second time using Japan Wireless. I used a competitor previously for several years. I finally decided to update my knowledge about wireless rental companies in Japan and found that Japan Wireless was rated very high by bloggers for price and data allowance.

I was able to use Japan Wireless in Tokyo over the holidays and again in Kyushu in February. The service worked flawlessly in both areas. I'm looking forward to things settling down again under the current global health crisis so that I can travel to Japan again and rent from Japan Wireless again.

Complete freedom to use the internet in mostly any part of Japan

Easy to setup and use. It means I don't need to change sim or phone number.

Reliable delivery into the hotel, non stop fast wifi internet access during our stay in the cities as well as in remote aeras, no wishes left open. It was worth its price, really recommendable!

This device was one of the best purchase of the holiday. It keep us connected and allow seamless travel around Japan.
Collection and return was a very easy process and never had any issues with speed or access.
Highly recommend,.

Japan-wireless never let me down when im always in Japan. Fast ordering hassle free.

Data seemed to be fast and signal was strong. This is the second time I've used Japan Wireless and if I ever manage to go back I'll use them again. Never had an issue with them.

This little nugget is the bomb! Made getting around Tokyo very easy. Especially nice was the extra battery as the device itself doesn’t hold a charge for very long. The pick up and drop off procedures were easy. Well worth the investment!

Was very easy to work with and worked perfectly, it was really nice to have wifi with me in a different country to look up all kinds of things without ending up with a random 100 dollar bill because you looked at google maps for a few minutes. The price was great and it was very easy to pick up and return. the device came fully charged so I was able to use it as soon as I arrived in Japan at the airport and picked it up. I 110% recommend this!

Quality of service - great
Coverage of service - great
Highly recommended for all travelers in Tokyo as sufficient and reliable service provider.
Will use it further!
