It is compact and very easy to use and I didn't have any problem with it. However it can get heated up very quickly inside a bag also sometimes dropped connection, otherwise all was good.

Always used this Japan Wireless service since it is always reliable on their service and quality.

Excellent by all means and I have used it many times but you need to give some discount for your repeat clients as recognition

This Japan Wireless premium Wifi worked well every where that I went, all over Tokyo, to Hiroshima, and other areas. It was much less expensive than using my wireless carrier data plans or the Wifi at my lodging. It worked well for my phone, laptop, and TV for the almost 3 months that I used it. I wish that I had gotten it sooner so that I could have saved more money. It was not too inconvenient to carry everywhere, along with the charging pack so that I could stay out all day and keep my phone and Wifi device charged.

I order this service each time I visit Japan. It's easy, reliable and convenient.
