Excellent instructions made it easy to use and return without problems! Data was fast throughout the whole trip!

This was the perfect option for me to access wireless on the go as a brand new tourist in Japan and unfamiliar with the language. Couldn't be easier.

Had great service with no interruptions on a 2 week work trip to Japan. Would recommend to colleagues or other travelers

Very easy collection and return. Good connection to the internet throughout my trip. Would recommend

Was waiting for us when we checked in at hotel. Easy to set up. Smaller than other companies and better priced. Easy to return too.

Japan Wireless was great to work with. The Wifi was waiting for us at our hotel and we were able to mail it back to them on the day of departure from our hotel as well.

Fast and easy to use. I recommend it for sure

Having wi-fi whenever necessary- especially in the wilds of Kyushu- was invaluable and that little unit was up to the task! The portable charger was pretty 'benri' too! Many thanks and see you next year!

Fully recommend this service. All went smoothly even when i had a technical issue one day the solution was provided in a few minutes!

If you are traveling to Japan, I would highly recommend this instead of getting it at the airport. The price is cheaper than the stalls at the airport......
