The SIM card arrived right on time at my hotel and worked very well. 500 mo/day was more than enough for using my phone to find my way/check and send emails and photos. Thank you!

Very nice & handy to use while you’re travelling in Japan. I’ll order again in our next travel. Thank you Japan Wireless.

Everything from the initial pickup, setup and arrangement of the drop-off was seamless. So glad we had this with us for the duration of the trip, a must have for any traveller to Japan. Would definitely recommend Japan Wireless!

Seamless connection all throughout our trip & battery life is excellent.

This was a good service for the price. I used my phone most of the day while traveling about and did not have any issues.

Customer service is great. Had a bit of a problem with the hotel delivery but CS assisted and all was well.

Very convenient. It was delivered to my hotel before my arrival. Easy to carry around and the connection is good

I had a fantastic experience with Japan wireless.. It was significant to have a Wifi during my stay in Japan .. and i believe that Japan wireless was my best ultimate option!
The de VIII ice is with the charger you can take it anywhere and you can connect tour devices to it .. it will work with unlimited speed .. i didn’t have any issues at all when it came to connections and the battery life stayed without charging more than 8 hours. With the power-bank it was perfect !
The method of receiving the device and returning it back was so smooth and people helped me a lot!
Thank you so much for such an extraordinary experience!
Can’t wait to order from you and asking for assistance once i visit Japan Again!

This wifi hotspot allowed me to upload all the pictures and videos as I was going around the country. Thank you!
