Avis

This was such a good product to have during my trip since it was able to give me wi-fi in all of the places I needed it the most. It gave me no trouble whatsoever. Definitely would recommend.

Was delivered way ahead of scheduled delivery. Extra battery pack was so useful. Will rent again if i go back to japan

The pocket WIFI was waiting at my hotel and the instructions were not difficult. I travelled from Nikko to Iwakuni and for the most part the reception was good to excellent. Although 4G, the speed was adequate. There were times, mostly on the Shinkansen, where the signal dropped off. Other times I noticed a weak signal where there was overhead cover. All in all, it was a worthwhile purchase.

Fast, efficient and simple process

Very efficient from beginning to end. Totally recommend this for tourist like us, two thumbs up!

Perfect service. Good reliable product.

I rented the Pocket Wifi in November 2022 for a one and a half solo trip around Japan. The Pocket Wifi worked really well throughout my trip with only a single time hiccup but the support team were extremely quick to help out and replied within minutes.

Picking up and returning the package is very simple and convenient. I managed to forget to include the battery pack upon return but the support were very kind to help out with that too and settled the reimbursement quickly.

I'm renting the premium Pocket Wifi again for my next trip to Japan!

No complaints, excellent coverage and service

Service was good, easy to rent online. Had it shipped to my hotel. The wifi worked very well. A single charge was enough to last over a day. I would definitely rent this again for a future trip to Japan. Also recommended this to a family member.

Had a great connection wherever we went. Lasted the whole day. Exactly what you would want out of such a product
