Avis

The pocket wifi was very convenient and provided me with access to wifi during our trip. The directions were easy to follow. We were unable to pick up our pocket wifi at the airport due to time constraints in catching our domestic flight. The company was willing to work with us and shipped the pocket wifi to my final destination. I would highly recommend.

Easy to use and battery last the day

working for all area, must to use when you need wifi pocket in japan

Piece of mind being connected to WiFi no matter where we were while traveling in Tokyo.

Everything works well, from delivery of router to the usage and finally the return of the router. Great, will use again!

Good service ! Excellent service

Loved having the device when I arrived at my hotel. When leaving Japan, just dropped it off at the airport. So easy. Highly recommend getting one when traveling in Japan!

I've been using Japan Wireless's pocket wifi whenever I need to travel to Japan. Pick up and drop off have always been easy (particularly picking up from/dropping off at post offices near train stations/at airports). I feel like the cost is reasonable, the internet is quite fast, and the size of the device is small and convenient to carry around.

There are so many companies to choose from but this one was reasonable and made it so easy to pick up at Narita and to send back from any post drop including the post offices of Narita. The coverage was perfect and the battery and back up never let us down with our family of 4 using it with all their devices.

We rented the pocket wifi for our trip and found the service to be excellent. The return process was also quite easy.
Thank you.
