We thoroughly enjoyed our ride & the Wifi connection board shinkansen. It was smooth & effortless.

good and fast connection; with powerbank.

Great service. Japan Wireless was delivered to my first hotel before I arrived and was easy to use. Every thing was perfect and I would give it 5*

Very easy pick up and return process. Battery lasted a long time but nice to have the back up.

WiFi worked great and lasted

Reliable and simple.

I had a great experience using this Japan Wireless Premium WiFi. The connection was very reliable throughout my trip — I rarely lost signal, except briefly in some subway areas, which is understandable. Otherwise, the WiFi stayed consistently connected and fast.

Delivery was super convenient. The device was delivered directly to my requested hotel and was already waiting for me when I arrived, which made the start of my trip completely hassle-free. Returning the device was just as easy with the prepaid return mailer provided.

Overall, this was a smooth and reliable service that made traveling in Japan much easier. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again and recommend it to anyone visiting Japan.

The system is compact and easy to travel with and provides good connectivity.

Excellent service & coverage. Nice Support.

This wifi box will give you a smooth trip around japan! I highly recommend everyone to get this for their next trip!
