Avis

The service was exactly as advertised, and the process for receiving and returning the unit couldn't have been easier.

Mi sono trovata benissimo, una piccola difficoltà per attivarla ma poi la connessione ha funzionato ovunque!

Easy and simple to understand its operation.
Very intuitive and with quick steps you get a good and long-lasting connectivity.
I recommend it.

Very happy with the product and service.

everything was great!

Very convenient, worked everywhere

Great product, super easy to use. Needed to extend our rental and it was hassle free.

No problem whatsoever with wifi during our hectic travel schedule

We were traveling over Japan and the device fulfilled all our needs to stay connected.

I had a great experience with Japan wireless. I purchased it the first time in March 2020, until I had to unfortunately cancel my trip. It was refunded with no hassle. I was also given a discount code for my next booking which unfortunately expired before I could return to Japan again this year. However I still purchased with Japan Wireless again this year for my return back in January, and it was no hassle and very easy to pick up right at the airport when I landed. I had no issues for the 3 weeks that I had it and was very happy. I will be recommending this to friends and family every time whenever they are visiting Japan.
