Customer service was also excellent and very helpful!

Was easy to use and reliable. Highly recommended!

Second time using Japan Wireless’ pocket wifi. Just as good as the first time a few years ago. Very easy to return and free shipment to hotel was great!

No issue while we were traveling in Kyushu. Good coverage

I used the pocket wifi for our 8 days trip in Japan and we had no connection issues. There was even great signal even at the top of Fushimi Inari Temple and even at Tokyo DisneySea. It was easy for me to get the gadget at the airport and hassle free when I dropped it off at the airport.

I have use this service over many years, it is always excellent and great service. It is delivered to my hotel, so no trouble. Highly recommended

I have used Japan Wireless for over 7 years, reliable and good service.
