Japan Wireless made my experience nice and easy. I highly recommend getting Pocket Wi-Fi with this company.

Found the Wi-Fi great to use, always able to be in contact with clients & family. Would recommend

3x I've rented pocket wifi from Japan wireless and 3x times they've delivered excellent service!

My experience with Japan Wireless was great. It was delivered on time, simple set up, and great performance. Getting an extension to my rental was smooth as well. Only improvement I can think of is a confirmation email when the unit is returned and received. I would use this service again. :)

helps us a lot thank you

It's very clear and friendly end user website that's easy to understand and the price is very reasonable.

Had a fantastic time with the unit. I wish it could do 5G though, that was a bit of a bummer. Otherwise stood up to my regular heavy use.

I was really happy with the speed of the internet here. Not only it's fast and it was a great deal. I highly recommended.

I have visited Japan 5 times now and every time have used JapanWireless dongle.

Great service, never left wondering where to go due to bad reception etc, highly reccomend and will continue to use them in future

V good service and internet coverage
