The booking was easy. Received the unit on time and at the right location. Returning was also easy at the Narita AP terminal 3. Instructions on locating the post box was accurate. Signal was strong during our stay and the battery lasted the whole day. I barely used the power bank.

This product worked very well for our trip!

The quality of the WiFi device was excellent. Long lasting battery, no issues connecting and staying connected, and 5 of us used the same device. Finding the booth at haneda airport was slightly difficult. Returning via mailbox was very easy.

Worked beautifully with fast speed in Kyoto, Osaka, and Tokyo. Connected with 7 of us in the group.

This product was highly recommended by my colleague and I must say, it surpass my expectations. I used it and shared with my sisters for our two-week stay l, travelling from Tokyo to central Japan and it never failed us. Amazing product, excellent connectivity!

Easy to book, reasonable prices. Delivery is on time, and drop off at post boxes is easy.

Will rent from Japan Wireless again when I visit Japan again :)

It was so easy smooth! I would definitely use it again!!

Thanks so much I love this product
