Easy to use, worked perfect for the whole trip. Only issue was the doc for charging was broken when I got my package but I had an extra that I packed.

One of the best wireless providers have experienced. I will Highly recommend this product to all visit visitors in Japan.

Works very well. No issues came up. It is our fourth trip using Japan Wireless, and it's always a good experience. Thanks for helping us explore Japan!

Everything works perfectly end easily

Honestly could not speak more highly of this device and ease of use and service it was seamless and saved me so much money on mobile data. The portable battery kept it charged all day and will definitely use again!

From ordering to returning, the entire process was very easy, and the instructions were clear and thoughtful. The product was in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations.

Worked seamlessly and speed was excellent.

I use this product every year visiting Japan. It works a treat, and is reasonably priced. I get two consecutive 30-day data SIMs and they always arrive on time.

Great experience! Reliable service. It was easy to pick it up and bring it back to the airport
Highly recommend!

Overall I was pleased with the device I rented. It worked well and kept me connected to the outside world while I explored the hidden beauty of Tokyo.
