Made the trip so much easier! Being able to connect to maps or google something really quick, was such a relief. Also the service was great, the battery once charged lasted until late into the night.

Pleased to have Japan Wireless WiFi ready when we arrived Hyatt in Japan for immediate use. Enjoyed to have 5 devices used simultaneously with an excellent wireless quality from Tokyo to Tohoku and ended in Kansai. Portable battery was helpful as primary battery exhausted around 6:00 pm everyday. The cable was slightly torned and could loose connection when charging if not pushed hard. Overall, we were pleased and will ordered again when we revisit Japan in October this year,

It is essential to have pocket wifi. This company provides fast speed and reasonable price. Delivery and return process is quite convenient. Highly recommend this company

Very practical, very easy to order, get it and return it and very good quality. Thank you!

Perfect service, and everything was very well organized!

Highly Recommended. Easy process & wifi connection was fantastic. No drop outs everywhere where we travelled in Japan.

The equipment pick up and drop off was very convenient. The Wi-Fi signal was always strong. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling in Japan.

Was waiting for us at hotel as promised before arrival. Easy return in terminal at Haneda. No issues connnecting all over Tokyo, chiba, Yokohama and Tsukuba areas.

The product is easy to use, very affordable and convenient to carry around Japan.

We preordered our device and picked up it and dropped it off at the airports. We traveled through 3 cities over 2 weeks. This device was perfect for us, we both used it and never had any issues. It lasted us throughout our 10 hour days. The portable charger was useful when needed but pretty heavy in my bag. The return process was easy and we could use it until we had airport wifi.
