Worked great for our 6 day stay in Tokyo. No problems at all. Very simple sign in. Three people on it all the time. Great battery life. Pick up (at Haneda) and drop off (via post) process was trouble free esp for someone who speaks zero Japanese.

Super handy wee device, really was a huge benefit to have the use of it on our holiday in Japan.

The process of receiving to returning is seamless and easy to follow. Wifi performance is very good at the price that is very reasonable. One thing that would I wish was to have a farther wifi range. Other than this, this package is marvelous.
