Very convenient and great value for money. it's a must have for tourists travelling to japan

Didn’t know how confident I could be in a pocket wireless device… but we spent two weeks traveling all over the country and never had a single issue. The device maintained power and allowed us to not only do critical tasks like use maps, look up recommendations, translate etc. but it also allowed us to text, call, surf the web, watch videos, download content and did this all without faltering or slowing speed. We never used our phone service or purchased a sim for the entire 15 days. You should use this company. The device was ready when we landed and very easy to return. A definite must for anyone looking to use internet while traveling. It provided peace of mind for sure!

Excellent experience with Japan Wireless. It worked great, no issues for a full week, all-day battery, delivered right to our hotel. It really made it easy to get around Tokyo!

We easily picked up the pocket WiFi and we’re online in minutes. Works on trains, under or over ground. Great battery and supplied with a battery pack should you run low. On leaving Japan just post it in the supplied envelope. Easy.

Excellent pocket WIFI

This was most useful during the 2 weeks we were travelling around Japan. Could not order a sim since my phone is locked. Glad this was an available alternative. Would highly recommend it.
