Ordered prior to trip with easy step by step guide for setting up on my phone!

The whole process from ordering to returning was seamless. Great coverage wherever we went, so glad that we had pocket WiFi with us, it was extremely useful.

The battery life lasted a lot longer than I expected, there was hardly a time where I didn’t get any signal. Definitely was a great for the price and the return process was very easy since there was a post office box at Haneda airport.

Very reliable and has a strong connection

We're from Canada and used Japan Wireless' pocket wifi for our trip. The wifi worked well everywhere we travelled and allowed us to use our phones as if we were at home! Was the most affordable option we looked at and we'll surely use them next time as well. Highly recommend!
