Everything perfect from delivery to the hotel to wifi router operation. The battery was sufficient for the whole day with 4 devides connected. Highly reccomended

I used Premium wifi during my holidays in Japan, it was very easy to use and always reliable.

Excellent device glad we had it on the trip to Japan always had wifi for the places trains etc where we needed to go

WiFi is strong and easy to set up. It is easy to pick it up and return at the airport and staff is helpful. The only issue we had was that we had problems connecting the WiFi again after turning it off at night so ended up leaving turned on the rest of the trip.

This portable wifi data is a must to travel in and around Japan to be connected to your mobile, laptop and all of your electrical items!

Great stuff. It works perfectly.

Really helpful to use a Wifi while on trip. Japan Wireless is very efficient on its service. Satisfied customer here.

We never had a problem. It worked on all the places we went to in Tokyo and Kansai reyion. Will definitely avail this again when we go back to Japan. Thank you.

I picked up my wifi at Haneda Airport and dropped it off in the post office in Sapporo before I got on my domestic flight back to Tokyo. Everything was so easy from pick up, to use of device (which worked reliably) to drop off. I'd definitely use again and recommend to all who is traveling to Japan.

Fast wifi! Very satisfied!
