Avis

This is an excellent service! The package was delivered to our hotel when we arrived, all in great working condition. Really served us well during our trip, and signal was good even in the subway. Easy to set up and return as well. Thanks!

I purchased 2 wifi’s when we travelled to Japan, one was recommended by a friend and this one I searched online, and this was the best option, cheaper than most that I even got 3 of them for the price of the other one referred by a friend. Choose this you won’t regret it, it comes with chargers, cables, return envelopes and labels with easy instructions and accessibility for dropoff.

Very reliable Wifi, highly recommended 😊

awesome connectivity, speed and battery life

Easy to locate and drop your wifi set and it comes with a portable power bank. It is cheap and convenient in every angle. Thank you wireless japan. Will always include you in our future japan travels.

Our device was in our hotel when we arrived. The instructions were very clear.
We had WiFi everywhere in Japan.
We could use google maps to navigate wherever we went.
At the end of our travel we just put it in the envelop in the postbox next to our last hotel.

Purchased this for the first time on my trip to Japan. I will definitely be using it again next time. Was able to connect to 3 phones, unlimited data, easy to set up, not expensive, and easy to return. Best thing to have while traveling. Just be responsible to not lose anything in the pack and follow instructions for return.

Everything from picking up the device to using it was super easy. Would 100% recommend! Only ”minus” was the challenge in finding a mail box at kansai airport. 😊

Very easy to use and works amazingly everywhere!!!

I rent the pocket wifi for 3 weeks. I need an action of the customer service. All was very good an very reactive.
I recommend
