Great wifi that works all across Japan. Never didn’t have signal

Very easy pickup and return, did not experience internet speed lag, Will definitely use this service again!

Having pocket Wifi during my trip to Japan was very helpful, I'm glad I ordered it. I selected for it to be delivered to my hotel which was very easy and better option than picking it up at the airport. Ordering online and mailing it back was semi easy. Had to be careful entering my hotel address in the format Japan lists addresses. And the local street mailboxes didn't have big slots for the large return envelopes, so I had my guide mail it back for me. The extra charging battery was needed on a long travel day, I'm glad that was included along with pouch, cord, and adaptor. I'd order from Japan wireless again, and recommend getting pocket Wifi for traveling in Japan.

We ordered pocket wifi online and it was in our hotel room when we arrived. It was so handy whilst we were travelling around Japan, and reasonably priced. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Getting a mobile Wi-Fi router is so easy than making all arrangements to set it up before your actual trip to Japan.

Unit worked well. Easy pickup at airport kiosk and drop off at airport mailbox. Reasonable rental rate.

Since my phone did not support eSim, one option was to use an actual sim card. The card pickup was organized directly from the flight terminal and a pin tool for adding the sim card was also included. With the card, we managed all the navigation and ticket orders. The speed was good in the Tokyo area. Overall good service! Thank you.

My partner and I are thankful for we're able to get connected online via Japan wireless. Such a hassle free transaction with them, from payment of order, pickup and drop off. We highly suggest this wireless provider while you're vacationing in Japan.
