Spent 11 days in Tokyo and was really pleased with how everything worked. Pick up and return was super easy, instructions clear, and the devices worked flawlessly. Couldn’t be easier.

A pro tip is to consider ordering two devices if you are many travelling together. We were 4 and at times it would have been good to be able to have one more device, for example when doing separate things etc.

La mejor opción si quieres tener internet en Japón. Recomendable 100x100

Used it for 2 weeks. On time at the hoteldesk. Easy to set up. Worked flawless for two straight weeks. Easy delivery at the mailbox.

Very convenient to use. Easy and unlimited access to internet anywhere you go. It was a great thing to have during our trip to Japan.

Great performance, long duration, great value for money!

Good signal. Very reliable.

good and enough connection.

Everything fine. The device was ready when we arrived to the airport. Easy to manage and with a useful powerbank.

I used japan wireless during my stay of 6 weeks. At around week 3/4 the device started to slow and stop working. However I sent an email and the WiFi was replaced free of charge. Fantastic service.

Hired the Premium WiFi for 18 days and was very impressed with the connection. The unlimited data was exactly what I needed as I used Google maps all the time I was in japan. Over all great service easy collection and return. Will definitely use again on my next trip to Japan
