They have got very good service that I can collect it from airport. WiFi worked perfectly to the places I have been to.

Very helpful for our Japan trip. Recommend to get one if you plan to travel to Japan.

I needed to get ‘hooked up’ and opted for the Wifi route versus the SIM card route. The service was speedy(they can mail you the pocket router) , the product was easy to hook up (we had five devices) and they answered emails amazingly quickly. There’s no question that when we are next in Japan, I’ll be using the Japan Wireless.

The wifi pocket from Japan wireless is very useful. We travelled almost along all Japan without problems with 6 devices (3 iPhones, 2 MacBook and 1 Apple Watch. Very useful also the supplementary battery that comes with the wifi pocket.

I'm pleased that the portable wifi kept me connected no matter where I was in and around Tokyo, even a hike at Mt. Takao. I appreciated the ease of pick up and drop off at the airport.

Very happy with the service. The wifi interface was really good and it lasted for majority of the day. Really appreciated the spare battery that came with the pack.
