The wifi unit was at the hotel when I arrived.
It provided great service wherever I traveled. Good battery life. Super easy to return. I had to change my hotel a week before arriving to Japan. Japan-wireless made it easy to change online and got back to me with a confirmation email within a day. Will definitely use Japan-wireless again!

Had great experience. Reliable, fast, batery lasted whole day, just make sure you charge it during the night. It works best if only 1-2 users are on. If 3 wifi works much slower.

Good connections, we got some hiccups little bit. The device sometimes getting hot. But definitely I will rent it out again if I go back to Japan.

Great to have WiFi while traveling in Japan. Was able to log in easily. Easy to mail back in return envelope at the airport. Will use this again next time we come to Japan.

10 days in Japan, utilizing this service and had zero problems. Sometimes I would lose connection when riding the subway, however I was underground when that happened and to be expected. It's a good service and I will utilize it again when I return.
