I have rented from Japan wireless on two different trips to Japan.

It works fine and is fast when it connects to internet. But on both of my trips to Japan I’ve encountered issues where it would stop connecting to the internet for a couple hours. I don’t know if it’s because it’s my location, charging it from dead, or using too much data but I haven’t had a time where I didn’t have an issue with it.

90% of the time it works so I give it 4 stars.

Easy to order prior to taking trip to Japan. Only issue was it was a little confusing to locate correct pick up location at Haneda.
The router worked flawlessly. They included an additional power bank.
Never had any reception issues. Will use the service on my next trip to japan

We had good wifi service all over Japan. Pick up and return of the device was very convenient. Highly recommend this.

Was easy to place my order and was delivered to my hotel.

El servicio es excelente y funciona a la perfección.

Great experience! Good speed and coverage across Tokyo, Kyoto, and Okayama.

thanks for all, good service and good wifi.

Thank you so much!!!

Excellent coverage and service.

The service was better than expected, I picked up my SIM at the airport and the setup was easy. I had a connection problem after a few days but I solved it quickly thanks to customer support. The connection was good almost everywhere.
